Surfrider Sues the Trump Administration To Protect Our Ocean From New Offshore Drilling

The Surfrider Foundation, alongside a coalition of conservation organizations represented by Earthjustice, is filing the first environmental lawsuit against the new Trump administration. The lawsuit challenges President Trump’s illegal order to open protected areas of the ocean to future oil and gas leasing.
