Want a DE Chapter license plate?
We have collected all of the required signatures to establish a license plate tag promoting the purpose and mission of The Surfrider Foundation Delaware Chapter.
Now it is time to send in your applications. We need everyone to fill out the application (leave the specialty plate number line blank please), mail this application and your check for $15 to the chapter. $5 of the cost goes directly to the chapter, $10 goes to the DMV for the plate.
Please makes checks payable to Surfrider Foundation Delaware Chapter and mail the check with the application to:
P.O. Box 1114 Millsboro, DE 19966
It takes about 2 months for them to process everything so please be patient.
We are asking that all the applications be in by November 1st.

You must also have your vehicle registered in DE and if you have more then one vehicle you must fill out separate forms for each vehicle.
